You said not to bark.

Generally, it is the oldest child that assaults us with continuous noise pollution. Last night, Little Emmi decided it was her turn.

She sang.

She screamed.

She talked about who knows what.

Then she morphed into a puppy. A mean puppy. A puppy who chased Kenny around the house growling and barking at him. After twenty minutes, he snapped.

"EMMI! Enough! No more puppy. Do not bark again. Not one more time. I can't take it!"

She sat back. She smiled sweetly.

"MEEEOOOOW!"

Laura says the only time she feels as if her children are normal is when she's around yours. How funny they all are. I love each and every one!

Are you saying that ALL of our children are abnormal. Or that mine make hers look normal in comparison???

It's not their fault they were all four born with the wildness gene, the smart ass gene, and the just plain smart gene. Horrible, horrible combo. Next time I want calm, stupid ones.

Oh, and Kenny did not find it funny at all. Me, on the other hand? I was laughing hysterically. The look look on Kenny's face when she meowed loudly at him made me laugh even harder. I still giggle when I think about it!

Kenny didn't find that funny? I laughed my head off, but can see how he was going to loose it.

He finds it funny NOW. Just not after twenty minutes of being chased around the house and barked at!

Tricia, let's just say that all four of my grandchildren got a heavy dose of "gumption," as my mother used to call it.
